- Look after deactivation retargeting.
- Solve customers’ issues and try to understand their problems that why they are not ready to work with Livspace and try to solve them.
- The candidate must have an understanding of the project.
- Proven experience in working and handling a large number of customers.
- Collect the requirements of the customer with the help of a telephonic conversation.
- Try to arrange BC with DP with 50% of assigned GM.
- Connect with customers with the help of generated lead given to him by CM and obey SLAs.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit.
