The main responsibilities would include

  • Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Facebook and Other Related Peripherals and Issues.
  • Providing Technical Service’s & Sell Warranty Plans.
  • Making Effective Sales Pitch to the Customer.
  • Achieving Sales Target.
  • Willingness to work under target oriented environment.
  • Should be Comfortable with Rotational Night Shift.
