  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand the ideal customers and how they relate to company products.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Cold calling, keep a check on the sales team and also solve the client’s issues.
  • Keep a check on account management.
  • Take regular follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain them.
  • Search opportunities for campaigns, and services.
  • Maintain good relations with OEM- Partner, and consultants that will help for collecting sales targets for the company.
  • Keep a check on the market and competitors.
  • Search for new clients for creating new accounts in your respective region.
  • Visit customers in your assigned area to make growth and in order to generate business.
  • Maintain relationships with Sr. management /CXO of Enterprise Accounts and also with clients.
