The candidate must have experience of 7-10 years

  • The candidate must provide training to the field staff
  • Look after the sales forecasting at the monthly and quarterly level
  • The candidate must prepare the targets for all assigned team members
  • Ensure the consistency of the primary and secondary sales in sales
  • Guide and motivate team members to achieve targets
  • Look after, handle and monitor sales and marketing activities
  • Keep records of daily and monthly reporting from the staff in the prescribed format
  • Evaluate store and individuals performance
  • Must have experience of 3 years as RSM with selling cardio diabetic products
  • Familiar with CRM software
  • The candidate must prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
